What Is Included?

X-Press Home Workouts

You will receive 4 weeks of X-Press workouts - no more excuses about no time!  These full-body workouts are designed to be completed in just 15 minutes AND get results. Do them at home, the office, on holiday, or wherever you are and know you are working the whole body effectively to see results in less time.  Perfect for the busy working woman, or mum with kids at home. Your full video library shows correct techniques plus you receive full videos of the pilates sessions.  I have also included low-impact versions for those with joint issues or who think they are too old to jump around!

Nutritional Support

Use your Fit 4 Life Recipe booklet for ideas on new meals that will support your health journey.  All recipes are quick, tasty, healthy, and low in fat to get results - plus they are family-friendly for all to enjoy. There is loads of variety here so you won't get bored, and you don't need to spend hours prepping each meal.  And you get to keep the recipe book to use again and again.  You will also receive nutritional tips during the 4-week program with ideas on how to save time in the kitchen and how to easily plan your weekly meals and shopping.

Motivation & Check-Ins

You will stay motivated and want to keep to the program as you also receive regular emails, including motivation, tips on life, exercise and food, and tasks to help you set up your new habits.  PLUS you get a weekly check-in with me to see what is working, what isn't, and how I can help you make it happen for you.
